Guardiola Capital is the direct investment arm of PIC 1871, the investment holding of the Philippson family.
Since 2012, we have invested in SMEs under the name Guardiola Invest, originally founded by two entrepreneurs, Jacques-Martin Philippson and Marc Van Doornick, financing and supporting more than a dozen companies through key stages of development. In 2024, we strengthened our executive team and governance to take a more hands-on approach with both current and future investments, launching Guardiola Capital with an enhanced ability to accelerate value creation. Five companies from our existing portfolio were selected to form the core of this strategy — aligned with our updated investment criteria and a shared ambition to build long-term value through a truly entrepreneurial project.
